Nowhere review of by Fabio Pitombeira

If you did not start listening to Heavy Metal the other day or were living the last twenty years on Mars, of course you heard a lot about the great singer Mario Pastore (Pastore, Powerfull, former Titanium, Acid Storm, Sacred Sinner, Tailgunners, Delpht). Well, the HEAVIEST is the new venture of the musician and, in this first work, this team has just said why they came for with much vigor and personality!

“Nowhere” is the first shot on their discography, and with Pastore’s powerful voice it presents us what may be one of the best albuns of 2015 for sure. The sound is very modern, something near to the singer’s solo career, but for us to base precisely this analysis, imagine a hybrid between STONE SOUR and DISTURBED, that is, modernity through heavy bases full of grooves allied to Thrash Metal of the TESTAMENT’s more recent works. From this on, check “Buried Alive”, “Crawling Back” and the track that named the album to surrender once for all to the firepower of HEAVIEST.

The album was released in Brazil by MS Metal Records with distribution of Voice Music (Nuclear Blast), and this double is supplying our market with great albuns. Keep this name in mind, because HEAVIEST will be much cited both here in Brazil as in Europe and Japan very soon! Great!
